The Veg Edge

So, I was flipping through my DVR, setting some shows to watch later (I do that...), and I found"The Veg Edge" on Cooking Channel, Dec 9 at 8/9cst.

If you have that channel, you should check it out. I googled it (first time I've seen anything vegetarian-oriented specifically on either Food Network channel), and found this. Cooking Channel has it on their website schedule but no other info.
