Take-a-Look Tuesday: Jan 29

Since last week's Take-a-Look Tuesday was all about knitting, this week's post is about crocheting! My mom makes the COOLEST things. Her blankets are fought over every Xmas, and the majority of presents she brings us each year are crocheted. I adore getting crocheted items from her :)

Here are some crochet-related things I'm loving lately:

Take-a-Look Tuesday: Jan 22

Hey everyone!

As I mentioned before, I was lucky to get some knitting tools for xmas and started knitting. I haven't knitted in the last couple of weeks, but it's REALLY been on my brain. I'm debating bringing my scarf-in-progress with me on the cruise as an in-room activity, but I may not. We'll see! (I didn't see any restriction on the cruise website dis-allowing knitting needles, and we're not flying to the port.)

You know I've only got one thing on my mind lately...my upcoming vacation. The last time I went on a real, honest to Jebus vacation, I was 16 years old (to France in the summer of 2001~one of the best times of my life).

I've been thinking dreaming about spring lately. Do you ever notice that people pine for the cold in the heat of summer and wish for the warmth while in the dead of winter? We're are strange beings.
